We strive to provide our guests with affordable accommodation without compromising cleanliness and comfort.

All our Motel Units are well equipped:

• En-suite shower and toilet
• Fully equipped kitchen (Oven, Microwave & Fridge)
• Linen, blankets, towels, electric blankets and heating
• Table and chairs
• Iron/ironing board
• Free wireless broadband internet access
• Phone
• Sky TV & in-house movies
• Cooked or continental breakfast and evening meals (on request)
• A high chair, cot and baby bath are available (on request, no charge)

Motel facilities include:

• Off-street parking (larger vans and vehicles can usually be accommodated)
• Guest laundry
• Large Garden with hammocks, barbecue area & gas BBQ, and Children's swing.
• Petanque court & Tennis
• Bush river walk to Te Henui stream

In the interest of future guests all our units are non smoking, seats are provided outside every unit for smokers

All units now have roof insulation made with natural New Zealand wool to keep you snug and warm in the winter and cool in the summer

Our standard rates are as follows:

The above prices are for two people, additional people are $15pp.  There is no charge for babies using a portacot.

Timandra Cottage

• One bedroom
• King bed ( Can also be set up as a twin bedded room)

• 32" Flat Screen TV

The cottage has been recently refurbished with new floor coverings, fittings and furniture.

 

Standard One Bedroom Unit

• One bedroom
• Queen
• Sleeps 2

 

One Bedroom Lodge Unit

• One bedroom
• Bedding configuration: 1 Queen & 2 Singles
• Sleeps 4 or 5 with extra sofa bed in lounge

 

Standard 2 Bedroom & Family Units

• Two bedrooms

 

The two bedroom and family units both have two bedrooms - one with Queen bed and one with 2 single beds.

The two bedroom units have a sofa bed available (on request) and can sleep a maximum of 5 people.

The family units have an extra 2 singles in the lounge and can sleep a maximum of 6 people

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any change or cancellation.  If we receive less than 48 hours notice, or in the event of non arrival, we will charge your credit card.

Unless otherwise advised, there is no cancellation fee if you cancel more than 48 hours before your arrival.  Charges are calculated as follows:

• For single night bookings, one nights stay will be charged for each unit booked
• For two night or longer bookings, 2 nights stay will be charged for each unit booked.

Large bookings, some seasonal holidays and special events require 28 days notice, if the required notice is not given, your deposit will be forfeit or card charged for the entire stay. Please contact us if you are unsure if this applies to your booking.

Booking accommodation with us constitutes agreement with this cancellation policy.  We would recommend purchasing travel insurance if your plans are uncertain.
